If you do not agree with any of the terms, please do not access or otherwise use this site or any information contained on this site. Your registration and/or your use of the site shall be deemed to be conclusive evidence that you have read these terms, understand them, and agree to each and every one of them. All references herein to "you", "your" or the like shall be deemed to mean the person visiting or using this site and/or the person registering to use this site, to submit photos, audios and videos or other information, or to obtain products or services from this site. 

The service is sponsored by our website. We provide platform for model, singer, actor, performer or musical instrument player, where the client registers himself or parents register their kids or any individual who has the talent in the above mentioned fields with photographs, audios and videos. Any individual or kid interested in fashion /acting, in the areas of feature film, network television, local and national commercials, commercial print, fashion print, runway, trade shows, promotions and talent agencies can apply with us.

• No purchase necessary to submit the entry. The selected entrants will have to pay the required amount as the registration fees and will have to accept and abide by the terms and condition as laid out in order to participate in the contest. Participation and registration in the contest will be strictly subject to the payment being made within the allocated time. In case of non-payment, the entry will be regarded as incomplete and the entrant will not be considered as a contestant.
• Person uploading an entry must as per the ages mentioned and minors must be with their parent/guardian/brother/sister/anyone in direct association with the child and any individual who wants to participate needs to upload the details as the entrant in the Contest.
• You must have access to the Internet and a valid email address/mobile no. in order to enter or win.

• To enter yourself or your child’s photograph ("Photograph") in the Contest, you must complete the registration form and "Submit Photos" and accept ‘’Terms and Condition’’ link. You represent that all Photographs, Audio and Videos are original, non-professional photographs taken by you or professional camera. If submitting a professional photo, Audio and Video, make sure they are without watermark and any disputed related to copy right or ownership of the submitted photo, audio, and video(s), it will be the sole responsibility of the person submitting such photo, audio, and video(s). The photograph, audio, and video submitted should be owned exclusively by you.
• You agree that we may edit/use Frame Box logo and upload your Photograph to the site during the Contest for purposes of promoting the Contest without payment or compensation to you.
• Entered Photographs will/may be posted at our website and related pages of the brand show off over different social media for coverage and promotion for the duration of the applicable Entry Period (as defined below), after which they will be removed from the site (except for winning Photograph, Audio and Video). You agree not to upload any Photograph, Audio and Video or other material that is profane, defamatory, unlawful, vulgar, obscene, pornographic, libellous, invasive of another's privacy, or racially, ethnically, or otherwise objectionable. We, in our sole discretion reserve the right not to upload any Photograph, audio and Video to its site and cancel your participation in the Contest if we determine your Photograph, audio and video violates any of these conditions.

• The dates of the contest will be updated at the website. Entries received after the end date of any Entry Period will be entered into the subsequent Entry Period. You may enter the Contest as many times as you wish provided each Photograph, audio and video are unique and submitted separately.

• One person can vote once in a day with one mobile/laptop/desktop/wifi/E-mail in one voting round of the contestant.
• Mobile number entered to vote must be a valid and should belong to the person voting for the contestant. We can verify and inspect the mobile number entered time to time to ensure and to stop fake voting. Any such mobile number found will result in deduction of vote count or disqualification of the contestant.
• The voting pattern can we changed at any given point of time without any prior notice, this to ensure, cross check and maintain the fairness of the votes.
• The management holds every right to deduct or disqualify any contestant at any given period of time, if found using fake voting. Votes generated by computer/use of any proxy servers to change IP address/entering invalid email address/any mobile number/any technical attempt to break through the voting criteria will result in deduction of vote count or disqualification of the contestant.
• Deduction of votes or disqualification of any contestant violating the voting rules is sole discrete decision of the management. We may or we may not even inform the contestant/parent/relative before and after taking any action on vote deduction or disqualification.
